Background
Scale is a marketplace that helps AI companies train better models by providing the human labelers and evaluators required for human-in-the-loop work.
As an individual contributor, I collaborate closely with PMs, EMs, Operations, Legal, Fraud/Safety.
Approach
I lead design for the Growth and Innovation teams — both of which aim to increase scalable growth.
Growth focuses on increasing the supply of high-quality & diverse human experts, while Innovation experiments with new revenue lines using the existing ecosystem.
